Demon Tweeks is pleased to continue the longstanding partnership with 750 Motor Club – widely known as the UK’s home for affordable racing.
For 2022 Demon Tweeks takes on the title sponsorship of the Locost Championship and also the Classic Stock Hatch Championship. Competitors and fans alike will see the iconic Demon Tweeks logo on each car as the series’ head across the country visiting tracks such as Donington Park, Silverstone, Brands Hatch, Croft and many more.
The 750 Motor Club has been a stalwart of domestic racing for over 80 years, hosting affordable and accessible championships across multiple classes and for many different vehicle types.
Guy Minshaw, Head of Motorsport at Demon Tweeks said: “The wide variety and grassroots nature of the 750 Motor Club is essential for the wellbeing and future success of British racing.
“We’re excited to see some action packed racing this year and help support all those participating!”.
The Locost grid is made up of two-seater open sports cars, it has proven to be extremely welcoming and helpful to new racers. With car builds based on Ron Champion’s book, ‘Build Your Own Sports Car’, this has to be one of the easiest ways to get on the track for those looking to get started with racing.
To be classed as a Classic Stock Hatch there are tightly controlled regulations that ensure great racing with maximum value for money. If you’re a fan of retro hatchbacks then this series has packed grids and wheel-to-wheel racing.
Each 750 Motor Club event is covered by either live timing, commentary via app or a full live stream that allows fans to tune in for free and watch the fantastic competitive racing that each championship provides. Click here for the full 2022 race calendar.
